Annoyance bubbles at the base of my throat
Gassing and fuming as it grows
Little blips of burning air
Escape through my nostrils and lips
This rage is a fire that builds
As the wood that is my disappointment fuel its growth
With my current environment acting as the oxygen,
This combustion I feel deep within my soul
Will find no reprieve until I inhale more oxygen
And exhale this flame that threatens to burn me
And the ground beneath my feet
I must exile this anger
Banish it from the temple
That is my body
Before it decomposes
And ignites the mines
Lying in wait within my mind

And the bubbles of annoyance
Boiling at the base of my throat

With each new breath I take in
